Every senior must complete the return process through the Library Learning Commons. Devices cannot be dropped off at the front office or sent with family or friends.
Your Chromebook and charger will be inspected for damages at check-in.
All stickers must be removed, and your device should be clean before you return it.
Plan for 15–30 minutes to complete the return process, depending on how busy it is when you arrive.
Charge your Chromebook the night before you plan to return it. Your device must power on for inspection. If it does not power on, you may be asked to return later once it’s charged.
If your charger has been lost, you must pay $25 for it. To save time, we recommend paying in advance through SchoolPay.
If you think your Chromebook is damaged, visit the technician early to avoid delays during your return.
If you return during the school day, you must have teacher permission and a hall pass.
All Chromebooks and chargers must be returned by 3:30 PM on Wednesday, May 14.
Payment Information:
If your charger has been lost, a $25 payment is required. To pay for a lost Chromebook charger, visit this link.
If you have a cracked screen or other damage, please consult Mr. David Jones in the Tech Office, located in the Jaxco Library Learning Commons, to find out the charges before completing your return.
