These issues are common after several years of use and do not result in a fee:
Light surface scratches or scuffs on the casing
Worn trackpad or keys that still function
General cosmetic wear from everyday use
Major but repairable damage; device can be fixed and reassigned:
Cracked Screen
3 or more missing or damaged keys and/or broken keyboard case
Deep scratches or carvings in the casing (not cosmetic wear)
Graffiti or intentional markings that require extensive cleaning or casing replacement
Severe damage requiring full replacement of the Chromebook:
Liquid damage that affects internal components
Loose or broken hinges or screen mount beyond repair
Extensive casing destruction (crushed, bent frame, etc.)
Intentional destruction or tampering
