Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year

Students have been working on their Career Development Plans (CDPs) during homeroom throughout the year. Any remaining updates will be completed in March and April during scheduled homeroom sessions.

Please remember that the courses students select on their CDP are the courses that will be entered into Infinite Campus for their class schedule. The CDP serves as the student’s official registration for next school year.

Mar 2nd – Rising 9th Grade Parent Info Night, SMHS Auditorium, 6pm

Mar 9th– Rising 10th-12th Parent Info Night, SMHS Auditorium, 6pm

Mar 10 – Registration Kickoff

• 9th graders: Completes registration 

• 10th & 12th graders: Reality of Money* & Neptune Navigate*

• 11th graders: Taking ACT exam

Mar 23–27 – Registration Week (Cafeteria, 9:00–10:00 AM)

• Mar 23: Half of Junior homerooms completes CDP registration

• Mar 24: Other half of Junior homerooms completes CDP registration

• Mar 25: Half of Sophomore homerooms completes CDP registration

• Mar 26: Other half of Sophomore homerooms completes CDP registration

• Mar 27: Any absent students complete registration this date.

Apr 7–10 – CDPs Printed & Sent Home

• Apr 7–8: CDPs printed & sent home for parent signature 

• Apr 10: Signed CDPs due back

Apr 13–17 – Infinite Campus Entry

• Registration Team enters course selections in Infinite Campus based on CDP's.  

• Registration completed by April 17th.

*Neptune Navigate is a Digital Citizenship, Health, and Online Safety course comprised of 8 online lessons that students must complete by April 24th.

*Reality of Money presented by SECU, is an interactive financial simulation where students learn real-world money skills, including the importance of education beyond high school and how credit choices affect lifestyle.
