Professional Dance Photos will be taken in class on the following days:
Monday May 4 - (DURING REGULAR CLASS TIMES. Tot Classes Only)
Tuesday May 5 (DURING REGULAR CLASS TIMES.)
Wednesday May 6 (DURING REGULAR CLASS TIMES. Rec Classes Only)
Thursday May 7 (Includes Company, Mini Company, Thursday Combo & Saturday Combo. Thursday Schedule Here! )
These will all occur during regular class times, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THURSDAY EVENING. This is to allow for ample time for teachers to pose students individual pictures as well as the group.
PLEASE NOTE:
Saturday Combo Students should attend THURSDAY EVENING May 7 for their photos. Thursday Schedule Above.
Company & Mini Company Dancers will be taking photos on THURSDAY EVENING May 7. Thursday Schedule Above.
Professional photographers from Images In Action will be working with us again this year. We are very excited to welcome them back!
PLEASE REMEMBER:
Due to picture schedules, Company 1 & 2 & Competition Teams will NOT have classes on MONDAY May 5th.
Competition Teams will NOT have classes on WEDNESDAY May 6th or THURSDAY May 7th.

Competition Dancers:
Based on previous interest, NO professional photos will be taken as students have access to media packages from competition events. Please contact Miss Jackie and Miss Shari to arrange for individual shots with one of our photographers.

Purchasing Information
There is no obligation to purchase pictures, however ALL DANCERS are expected to report to classes on picture day to participate in the class photo.
Printable Picture Forms will be available in the lobby in the weeks leading up to picture day.
YOU WILL NEED A PICTURE FORM FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL CLASS.
This form MUST be filled out in advance, and payment submitted with the form as well.
How & When To Arrive
Dancers should arrive 15 Minutes earlier than their normal class time to set up, finalize forms, and put dance shoes on.
Dancers should be in their class costume with hair, makeup, tights, jewelry and dance shoes.
Students/Parents should report directly to the photo check-in table with complete forms and payment before they meet up with their class!
Solos, duets and trios can bring their costume on their dance night and will be able to take any of those desired pictures between breaks in classes.
Picture Pick-Up
Photos will be available for pick-up during dress rehearsal week (Tuesday May 26 & Wednesday May 27) at Cardinal O'Hara High School. Please do your best to grab those photos at dress rehearsal to avoid and delays for your family!
