IMPORTANT NOTE: Italy does not allow psychotropic medication like Adderall if it contains amphetamines (Ritalin is permitted); if you take such medication, you should consult with your physician about a temporary alternative. On past occasions students have increased their intake of coffee/caffeine to mitigate their symptoms. If you absolutely must take amphetamine narcotics, you should bring them in the original packaging, with a prescription from your physician printed on their official letterhead. Photocopies are not acceptable. This will not prevent the confiscation of the drug nor a likely fine, but it should prevent more serious consequences.
