The cost for the Italy Trip in 2026, subject to change, is $3900, which includes all gelati, transportation, gelati, meals, gelati, museum entrances, gelati, etc. Only personal souvenirs are not included.
The deadline for the 1st deposit ($1500) is Tuesday, September 30.
Checks must be received at the Business Office no later than this date.

Please be aware that for students with demonstrated need, financial support for participating in an official school-trip is available on a one-time basis during a student’s high school career. Families who qualify for tuition assistance typically qualify for funding of up to $1,800 per student. For families who receive full tuition assistance, full support is available. To apply for this, students should apply directly to Mr. Keith Vassall, Director of Student Engagement.
CANCELATION, REFUND, TRANSFER – When may I cancel or transfer, and at what cost?
The 1st deposit is paid directly to the airline, so this cannot be refunded; however, 100% CAN be transferred to another qualified individual not already enrolled before the 2nd payment is due.
If you cancel after the payment of the 2nd payment you may lose both the 1st and 2nd payments.
At this stage, the 1st cannot be transferred.
The 2nd may be transferred to another qualified individual not already enrolled.
You would be excused from the 3rd payment.
NOTE: You may wish to purchase your own travel insurance to obtain a refund if you cancel after these deadlines.
