TICKET PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
After purchasing ticket(s), the "Order Confirmed" sent automatically will be used as an e-ticket(s). (hereinafter referred to as "e-ticket")
The e-ticket will be used in place of the receipt/tax invoice.
A pass (stamped on the hand or arm) will be issued to each valid visitor upon presentation of the e-ticket at the main entrance of The Club Stand. Anyone who shows the pass is free to enter and exit through all entrances of The Club Stand.
The e-ticket is valid only once on the day.
Multiple ticket holders must enter at the same time as the number of valid people.
If we find that an invalid e-ticket(s) has been used, we will charge the purchaser for the number of people who entered with that ticket(s).
We do not refund e-tickets after purchase. However, if the event is cancelled due to one-sided circumstances on the event management side, the full amount of the ticket purchase fee will be refunded.
If the event has been cancelled due to a natural disaster or COVID, we will refund the amount minus a transaction fee (30c + 2.7%).
