Boothholders WANTED!

Outdoor Stallholder Registration Information

The food stall area will be located next to the indoor venue building, near the outdoor entertainment plaza. Visitors can enjoy performances and outdoor activities in the adjacent area. Access to the outdoor area is free, so we anticipate a large number of visitors. Pass holders for indoor venues can freely come and go between the indoor and outdoor venues, so there are probably many people who repeatedly visit the street stalls.

Japan Fiesta aims to introduce Japanese culture, so visitors to the street stalls expect Japanese food. However, since it is necessary to satisfy the appetites and tastes of many visitors, we do not limit ourselves to Japanese food. Therefore, the application schedule for food stalls is arranged in the following order: (1) sponsor, (2) local Japanese community, (3) Japanese food, and (4) international food. Places will also be assigned in the same order, starting with those closest to the main venue building.

For non-sponsored general vendors, when you are ready to register, please first purchase site space through the online shopping system below. (GST will be added to the displayed price.) A special discount of $200 applies to JSC members. Please obtain a discount code from the Japanese Society of Canterbury office before payment, and enter the code when paying.

After payment, when you receive a confirmation email (automatic reply), please make a note of the number listed.

Next, select Outdoor Food/Goods Stalls in the registration form below, fill in the required information, and submit.

We will close the application as soon as we run out of space. After the deadline, those who wish to open a store can register on the waiting list.

The outdoor stall area is divided into "Food Tent Street" and "Food Van (Trailer) Street". The tents (gazebos) used in Food Tent Street are the property of the Japanese Society of Canterbury (JSC), which kindly lends them out free of charge.

Please note the following for the Food Tent Street vendors.

・The vender cannot bring in their own gazebo.

・If the vender damages the gazebo due to negligence or accident during use, please report it to the event management immediately.

・If compensation or repair for damage to the gazebo is required, the vendor, the event management, and JSC will negotiate separately from the contents of the "Terms and Conditions".

*GST will be added

Please purchase for only those whose maximum power consumption exceeds 2400W.
