Exhibit Space

Tabletop Exhibits or 10 x 10 booth space can be purchased through February 1, 2024, or until the space is sold out.
Tabletop exhibits include an eight-foot covered table with two chairs.
10 x 10 booth space will be framed with pipe and drape and will include one eight-foot covered table with two chairs.

Pricing for ministries and non-profit organizations:
$275 for a Tabletop Exhibit
$450 for a 10 x 10 Booth 

Pricing for for-profit organizations:
$375 for a Tabletop Exhibit
$650 for a 10 x 10 Booth

For-profit, for the purpose of this conference, is defined as someone who is selling or representing a product at the conference but is not affiliated with a ministry or non-profit organization.

Special requests/needs for your exhibit
Electricity can be requested, and space will be assigned for accessibility to outlets on a first-come, first-served basis.  Extension cords may be required.   Email Angie Mathis at angiemathis@deafmissions.com, to request access to an outlet.
If additional furniture, electronics, or decor is needed, please send a detailed list of needs to Angie Mathis by February 1.  Any additional expense incurred by Deaf Missions to accommodate the request will be passed onto the vendor/ministry via invoice.

Welcome Bag Inserts and
Give-aways

Everyone loves a full welcome bag.  Help us stuff our welcome bags with great information and small branded giveaways.  For just $125, you can add something from your ministry or organization to the bags.
It is an additional $100 for a second item in the bag.
Information pieces can be any size up to 8 1/2 by 11 flat.
Branded giveaways can be things like pens, post-it notes, hand gel, letter openers, and breath mints.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to supply the information piece or item for the bags to Deaf Missions at the location and by the date specified.  Items will need to arrive in Arlington on or near April 1 -- specific shipping details to be supplied closer to the conference.

Who does the Deaf Missions conference reach?
The Deaf Missions Conference typically has guests from approximately 30 different states and 2-4 different countries.  The audience is quite diverse, including Deaf Christians in vocational ministry and those who work in another field and volunteer at their church.  Both certified and qualified interpreters attend.  They may only interpret at their church, or they may work professionally in various settings, from educational to legal.  Our audience ranges from students to senior citizens. 

Exhibit Space
Exhibits are located in pre-function area near the main sessions.  Space is limited.

Deadline
All advertising opportunities need to be secured by February 1.  Late purchases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Move-in/Move-out/Shipping
Move-in time is pending.  We have requested a move-in time of 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.  The hotel schedule may dictate move-in happens after 7:00 am Thursday, April 4, 2024.

Move-out needs to happen immediately after the worship service Sunday morning, April 7, 2024, at approximately noon.

All items for your exhibits and for the welcome bags will need to be shipped to The Loews Arlington Hotel, ATTN: Deaf Missions Conference and Angie Mathis, to arrive no earlier than March 31 and no later than April 2, 2024

Event Program

Advertising in the Event Program is now closed.

The Conference Event Program is an 8 1/2 x 11 full-color booklet (11 x 17 open) and is saddle-stitch bound.
Artwork should be submitted in a high-resolution print-ready format.  Acceptable formats are  PDF, Jpeg, TIFF, Png, or similar.
If design work is necessary, there will be an additional charge.
