Minette Navarrete is President of Kickstart Ventures, Inc. She is Senior Vice President at GlobeTelecom, and a member of the Board of Directors of AdSpark, Globe’s digital advertisingsubsidiary. She also co-chairs the Ayala Corporation Innovation Advisory Council. Prior to joiningGlobe, Minette held CEO/COO positions in various industries, ranging from scrappy Philippinestartups to iconic global companies. She was recently included in Forbes “50 Over 50” for 2023.
