He has worked extensively in the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia, leveraging his expertise to effect positive change. 

Adi's career has been dedicated towards defining growth platforms, assisting firms in building ongoing innovation capabilities, improving innovation execution, optimizing portfolios, and accelerating development processes for his clients. 

In addition to his advisory work, Adi is a thought leader in the field of innovation, with a track record of publishing articles, leading innovation research projects, and delivering inspiring keynote speeches. Alon holds a summa cum laude degree in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an MBA from the Sloan School of Managment at MIT.
