Using Zones of Regulation, students learn to name their emotions and use coping tools to manage them.
Students learn to "step into someone else’s shoes" to understand how others feel and discover how small acts of kindness can make our school a happier place for everyone.
Students will learn how to set goals and the steps needed to take in order to help them achieve them!
Students will learn what makes a good friend by practicing communicating kindly, setting healthy boundaries, and building supportive connections that make everyone feel included.
Students will learn how to and talk through disagreements, the use of "I" statements, and active listening to find solutions that keep friendships strong.
Students will learn how to persevere through mistakes and tough moments by developing a growth mindset and building a personal toolkit of strengths to help them handle life’s ups and downs with confidence.
