Individual counseling provides students with a safe, private space to talk, learn coping strategies, and practice skills. Sessions are typically 20–30 minutes and are scheduled to minimize time out of class.
Students may be referred for:
Anxiety or worries
Big emotions or frequent meltdowns
Friendship challenges
Low confidence or self-esteem
Family changes (divorce, illness, loss, etc.)
School stress or adjustment concerns
Small groups bring together students with similar needs to learn and practice skills in a supportive setting. Groups are structured, positive, and skill-building.

Lunch bunch is a relaxed group that meets during lunch to support social skills, peer connections, and positive interactions. It is designed to feel comfortable, fun, and encouraging.

Empathy and kindness
Self-regulation
