The ePortfolio Studio at IU Indy is apart of the Institute for Engaged Learning. We work with students and faculty to assist on their ePortfolios, along increasing awareness for ePortfolios and their benefits. I am involved in many aspects of this studio. This includes managing faculty and student requests for individual or class wide meetings, creating templates, overseeing grants, organizing student data, and much more!
For Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 courses, 25 faculty were approached with the opportunity to receive grant funding to implement ePortfolios into the classroom. I oversaw this grant at the beginning of my employment at the ePortfolio studio, pulling reports from Qualtrics, writing progress reports, and attending class room kickoffs or visit to assist faculty through this grant.
