Eyan Smith
Welcome! My name is Eyan Smith, and I’m passionate about education, leadership, and community engagement. I currently serve as a co-teacher at Allegiant Prep, where I support young scholars in building strong academic foundations. As a junior at Indiana University of Indianapolis, I’m majoring in Community Organizational Leadership with a minor in Human Resources and Psychology, which allows me to explore ways to create meaningful change within organizations and communities. My academic journey has deepened my understanding of how leadership, strategic planning, and human development intersect to build stronger teams and empower individuals.
Beyond the classroom, I’m an active member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., where I uphold the principles of brotherhood, scholarship, and service. Through my fraternity, I’ve had the opportunity to engage in community outreach, mentorship programs, and leadership development initiatives. I also have a strong interest in organizational change, workplace culture, and psychological health and wellness, constantly seeking ways to motivate and uplift others. Whether it’s through education, leadership, or service, I’m committed to making a lasting impact in every space I enter.
"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."
