Someone in this position is dedicated to the organization's leadership and gives guidance to the strategic direction for all departments. They partner with management to provide solutions to challenges, improve work relationships, and build morale that help with productivity and retention. Someone would also help with reaction to change and become good communicators for all employees of an organization.

Once I've developed my career, I would be interested in a teaching role. I respect all of my college professors who took the time and shared their knowledge and experiences with the younger generation. I'm inspired by their dedication to helping us grow and want to do the same in return for future professionals.
