Welcome to my ePortfolio! I am a dedicated and passionate biological anthropologist with a deep expertise in the analysis and excavation of human skeletal remains.
Through my rigorous training with Dr. Jeremy Wilson in the Department of Anthropology at IUI, I developed advanced skills in osteological analysis and ethical research practices.
My hands-on work with remains from the historic 19th-century Greenlawn Cemetery provided practical experience in dental morphological analysis and population studies.
Additionally, my immersive experiences at a medieval bioarchaeological field school in Transylvania, Romania, allowed me to apply these skills in a cross-cultural context, further solidifying my expertise in bioarchaeology and forensic anthropology.
My ultimate goal is to become a board-certified forensic anthropologist, contributing to the forensic identification of skeletonized remains and aiding in the resolution of modern-day forensic cases.
This portfolio reflects my journey, showcasing projects, accomplishments, and critical thinking, while highlighting my ability to collaborate and solve complex anthropological challenges.

My research project significantly enhanced my expertise in dental morphology, forensic anthropology, and bioarchaeology.
By analyzing 19th-century dental traits and comparing them to modern standards, I developed advanced skills in data collection, analysis, and error identification, crucial for ancestral estimation in forensic cases.
This interdisciplinary approach bridged historical and modern contexts, showcasing my ability to solve real-world identification challenges.
My attention to detail, methodological rigor, and ethical sensitivity were evident in handling human remains and evaluating data. This work not only expanded my specialized knowledge but contributed valuable analysis to forensic odontology, demonstrating my readiness for a career in forensic anthropology.
