About the team 

Criminal Justice Major. Sophomore at IUI. Favorite pizza is Supreme. 

Matthew was team lead for the project. He was responsible for the primary research results such as the graphs and charts, recommendations, conclusion, closing, and appendices. He was also responsible for the digital marketing section for the secondary research results.

Psychology Bachelor of Arts Major. Freshman at IUI. Favorite pizza is sausage.  

Zdenka was responsible for the annotated bibliography. She also worked on loyalty programs. She was responsible for the literature review and methodology sections.

Artificial Intelligence. I'm a sophomore at IUI. 

Henry revised the team proposal. He also worked on primary research and the customer engagement section on the team grid. He was responsible for the literature review on customer engagement.

Penelope Wink. Transfer Student at IUI in Computer Science.

I was the main contact with the business, and was responsible for the literature review section on seasonal deals. I was also responsible for the creation of the survey.
