Our team worked with Byrne's Grilled Pizza to find better ways to connect with customers and build long-term loyalty. We reviewed survey results, looked at how customers interact with the business, and identified what keeps them coming back.
We started by reviewing studies and marketing trends to back up our findings. We also created a survey to learn what customers want, from deals and loyalty perks to social media habits. Most people said they'd love to see more social media content and agreed they are more likely to go to a pizza restaurant with a loyalty program.
Based on what we learned, we came up with five recommendations:
Post more on social media and offer small digital deals.
Start a simple loyalty program to reward frequent visitors.
Add seasonal or limited-time menu items
Host community events to build local buzz and customer loyalty.
Partner with local influencers and brands.
