ABSTRACT: Tell your readers what they will find on this page.
*Be sure to include a link to the survey, commentary on the survey [you might copy/paste the survey portion of the Methodology here], charts the team designed [not a chart from your survey tool--a chart the team built that helps the client know what the survey results mean in realation to the challenge], and analysis of what the survey findings mean for the client's challenge. The team should also include brief comments on how the survey informed and influenced recommendations.
NOTE: Every recommendation the team makes should be anchored to and informed by materials in the Review of Literature OR/AND materials from the local study findings.
This photo contains the rules of our survey as well as instructions.
For this project, we used a combination of survey tactics. We used a combination of multiple choice questions and short answer questions. We used Google Survey and Google Sheets as a way to gather the data.
Using the combination of responses, we created a variety of bar graphs to inform our recommendations.

The charts represent three of the main recommendations and how customers are attuned to the ideas the literature recommends while also highlighting holes within the recommendations.
With social media presence, the vast majority of customers either have seen Byrnes on TikTok or have not seen Byrnes at all. While the results show the strength of the TikTok page, it also shows the potential for branching out or to allocate more resources to other social media pages such as Instagram, Facebook, or X (formally known as Twitter). The literature constantly points to social media for digital marketing for establishments to utilize. It is a low cost, easy to use option that all businesses can use to branch out and reach new customer bases on every app.
One of the other recommendations that the literature supports is loyalty programs for customers. While the literature does not give any specifics of a loyalty program, the program alone has the potential to improve sales and retain a customer base according to the literature. Appendix 3 shows how the surveyors would support the idea of a loyalty program. More than half of the applicants agree that a loyalty program would make them more likely to attend. With some remaining neutral and some indifferent to a loyalty program for the establishment.
Seasonal themes and deals are pointed to in the literature for slow times, as well as to have a level of relevancy year-round for businesses. The literature claims that having seasonal items, themes, or deals are appealing to customer bases to stay fresh. Appendix 4 supports that with the majority of customers claiming they would be more likely to go to a restaurant with a seasonal setting. While some constituants are impartial to the idea. The data from the survey supports the potential addition of seasonal items, themes, and deals.
