It is described as a low cost, high efficiency tool that any and all restaurants have the capability to implement into their marketing practices to reach multiple, diverse customer bases both old and new. The four main platforms the literature recommends is TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and X (formally known as Twitter.)

Another avenue of approach that the literature and the survey recommend is the implication of a loyalty program. The literature states that with the implication of a loyalty program would encourage customers to have repeat visits. Many other restaurants or chains have implemented some form of loyalty program to reward regular customers and to encourage new customers to return. The survey results also pointed to the majority being in favor of a loyalty program for Byrnes.

Seasonal and limited time deals are a way the literature recommends in order to mitigate some factors during slow seasons. Implementing seasonal items or deals allows establishments to maintain relevance year-round to adhere to trends and other seasonal buzz. The survey results support the literature recommendations of seasonal/limited deals as majority of customers said they would be more likely to attend if there were seasonal themes or deals. Whether it is pizzas, cocktails, or appetizers, most customers are in agreeance with implementation of any seasonal items, deals, or themes.

The ability to partner with local influencers ties into the social media aspect by having a personal connection with a customer base. The literature points to leveraging a local influencer to reach new customer bases that might be niche or diverse. However, the literature does recommend finding influencers that align with the businesses ideals and values.
