At Beyond the Label, I work as an Applied behavioral analysis therapist with children with Autism. I have been trained up as a behavior technician and learned various ABA therapy techniques. ABA focuses on positive reinforcement to encourage better social communication, knowledge and awareness about the world. This job has challenged my patience and critical thinking. It has driven my passion for breaking the stigma around people with disabilities.
