Use of Technology
In accordance with school partner expectations, all media must be connected to content and pre-screened with the following considerations: (Educators on live staffing assignments should follow the school’s technology use policies)
Media must be age-appropriate; clips from PG-13 movies may only be used for students 13 or older, and R-rated movie clips should never be shown.
Video and audio clips should be free of sexual content, explicit language, and adult material, including drug use, alcohol use, and violence.
Media used in the classroom should supplement, not supplant, instructional practices.
Activities assigned alongside the supplemental media should require active participation from the student and be interactive with the Educator.
Any student-created media should be appropriate for an academic environment.
If submitted work portrays the student harming themselves or others while in the session with the student, the Educator is to submit a Student in Crisis Report.
Fullmind records sessions on BBB for the safety of our Educators and students. Session recordings are available for students and Educators to review as needed and may be used for safety and compliance purposes.
All live sessions facilitated through Fullmind must comply with our Recording Policy. Educators are required to review and adhere to the full statement linked below before conducting any recorded session.

Live Staffing assignments
Educators on Live Staffing assignments receive platform instructions directly from the district they're assigned to. Please follow the platform guidance provided for that assignment.
A stable internet connection is required for educators to fulfill all agreed-upon assignments. If educators are in an alternate location, please email our customer support team, and a Fullmind agent can schedule a tech check when they arrive at their location.
When Educators teach classes away from their usual location, access to a camera and microphone is still mandatory per school partner agreements.
Equipment evaluation should occur 12 hours before a session, whenever possible, to ensure the lesson can occur as planned without technology interruptions.
To help ensure full access to your equipment for a session, avoid starting a system update within 5 hours of a scheduled class. If your computer is still updating within 20 minutes of session start, contact Customer Support right away to flag possible tardiness and talk through next steps.
