CanU Transportation Events April 7-28

We will be holding four community events in April (dates shown below) to educate students in grades 7 to 11 on different transportation engineering topics. Each day will consist of both presentations and activities focused around topics such as road safety, public transportation, traffic management, complete streets, autonomous vehicles, freight, and equity in transportation! Each event runs from 1:00 to 5:00 and if you would like to volunteer to help out, please fill out this form.

Day 1 - Saturday, April 7 (General Transportation)

Day 2 - Saturday, April 14 (Signals and technology themed)

Day 3 - Saturday, April 21 (Transit themed - includes a tour of the Winnipeg Transit operations centre and New Flyer's factory)

Day 4 - Saturday, April 28 (Bike safety and maintenance themed)

Student Leadership Summit - Saturday June 2 to Sunday June 3
