Base it on each student's needs. Limit groups to 8 if possible. Schedule time for 4 30 min. groups. Schedule time for planning & checking online instruction progress in iReady.

What routines will help your students be successful with virtual instruction? Customize and use a slide deck for each group that outlines your group routine and plans for each day.

Use your first days with groups to teach your expectations OR record a welcome video to "teach them the ropes" & send it to them ahead of time!
