RENOVATE TO EDUCATE (RED)
"Over the course of four days, we were able to help Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa create a better environment for learning. We were able to build new classrooms and renovate their facilities, and doing so not only benefited the school, but it also allowed us, ISM students, to gain new skills and explore new ways on how else to give back to our community." - Bianca
rED, which stands for Renovate to Educate, is a project revolving around redefining the quality of education in the Philippines. This project focuses on restoring facilities such as classrooms and libraries, reinvigorating friendship and collaboration between us ISM students and the locals in the area and renewing the spirits of the communities by improving their learning environment. The two main SDGs this project addressed were SDG #4 Quality of Education and SDG #9 Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure.
