COMMITTEE OVERVIEW
The World Trade Organization (WTO) oversees the rules of global commerce and works to ensure trade flows smoothly, predictably, and fairly. Delegates negotiate on tariffs, subsidies, and intellectual property, and simulate dispute settlement to resolve trade conflicts. The aim is to balance national development goals with open, rules-based trade.

Hello everyone! I am Zhenzhen, a senior at International School Manila. I am the deputy chair of the World Trade Organization at IASAS this year and look forward to navigating our two pressing and substantial topics with everyone. This is my second time at IASAS MUN, and I am truly excited to return to this wonderful community and to learn alongside so many incredible individuals both in and out of the conference, on the wonderful campus of ISKL.
