COMMITTEE OVERVIEW
The Historical Crisis Committee (HCC) is tailored around pivotal historical events, immersing delegates in a specific era and asking them to adopt the perspectives of influential decision-makers. Delegates respond to rapid crisis updates, draft directives, and negotiate backroom deals within period-accurate powers and constraints. The goal is to test counterfactual strategies and steer the historical timeline toward a more stable outcome.
