COMMITTEE OVERVIEW
The Special Political and Decolonization Committee (SPECPOL) addresses long-standing political issues including decolonization, peacekeeping mandates, and outer space governance. Delegates debate sensitive regional disputes, refugee questions, and UN operations. The objective is to craft actionable resolutions that advance self-determination, stability, and effective UN engagement.
