The purpose of this page is to give students a range of virtual PE tasks and activities. There are 2 ways to take part:
1- Activities by Sport: Every week we update our sports database, posting videos and links to workouts, skill practices and information on a wide range of sports... so choose your favourite sport and follow the video.
2- PE Video Archive: We have over 50+ videos in here from the first term, so you can go back and select a previous PE activity from a wide range of physical, mental, social and healthy eating categories.
Key Stage 3 students should aim to be active every day for at least 20 minutes, and this should be worked into students' daily routine as part of their timetable. Key Stage 4 and 5 students can opt in as they wish.
