Welcome

The purpose of this page is to give students a range of virtual PE tasks and activities. There are 3 ways to take part:

1- Activities by Sport: Every week we update our sports database, posting videos and links to workouts, skill practices and information on a wide range of sports... so choose your favourite sport and follow the video.

2- PE Video Archive: We have over 50+ videos in here from the first term, so you can go back and select a previous PE activity from a wide range of physical, mental, social and healthy eating categories.

3- Your Own Activities: If you are doing your own workouts and sports practices at home then you can use this section to film yourselves and show us what you've been doing.

Summer Fitness Challenge 2021

After a difficult 'virtual' year, everyone is looking forward to a break. However, it is really important that during the holidays, we all try to stay in a healthy routine. In order to help you with this, we have designed three challenges for you to take part in over the summer in order to keep your body and mind in peak condition. Key Stage 3 students should aim to be active every day for at least 20 minutes, and this should be worked into students' daily routine as part of their timetable. Key Stage 4 and 5 students can opt in as they wish.

We have tried to vary the activities to cover as wide a range of sporting interest as possible. Please click on the buttons below to view the different activities each week. Stay Active, Stay Safe and Enjoy!
