80 plants added to hydroponic station: 40 pollinators and 40 natural insecticides (Citronella, Lemon Grass, Beneficial Bug Mix, and Native Perennial) to be used at Community Green Day.

Amending Agriscapes and Prep for Planting

Donated 3 cubic yards of compost and 3 cubic yards of soil from Shakopee Organics Facility. Placed on Agriscapes and 5 garden beds to prepare for planting.

Maintaining Themed Gardens and Tomato Plants in preparation for plant sale at Community Green Day.

Ney Nature Center Volunteering

3-5 Students volunteer twice a week at NNC to complete Agriscape, Playscape, and/or other service projects.

Cedar Brook Volunteering

3-5 Students volunteer once a week at Cedar Brook Nursery to assist in any projects needed.

Bee Hotels

Students built over 20 Bee Hotels for their Math/Science class. Hotels are placed at school and will be available for donation at Community Green Day.

Maple Tree Survey

Students survey over 80 trees and collect and analyze date for Ney Nature Center on their Maple Trees and annual syrup production.
