2024-25 EFB Bloomington Senior Scholarship:
Kennedy Application & Jefferson Application
Due Monday, April 14, 2025

Every year, our foundation is committed to empowering the promising students of Bloomington Public Schools by awarding scholarships to deserving high school seniors. These scholarships are specifically designed to provide crucial financial support for their inaugural year of college or technical training, paving the way for a successful and fulfilling educational journey beyond high school.

Our mission is to invest in the future of these seniors, fostering their academic aspirations and facilitating the pursuit of excellence in post-high school education or training. Join us in championing education and enabling the next generation of leaders in Bloomington Public Schools to embark on a path of achievement and growth.

2025 Prodigy Award Nominations

The Education Foundation of Bloomington’s Prodigy Award program has been recognizing outstanding groups in administration, support staff and teachers in Bloomington Public Schools since the early 1990’s. These exemplary groups of people have enhanced the lives of students and their families. The Education Foundation of Bloomington (EFB) Board of Directors extends our deepest gratitude to all employees in all Bloomington schools for their heroic efforts to put education and safety as the highest priorities. In our hearts and minds, all of you deserve Prodigy Awards.

We are continuing the Prodigy Awards for the 2024-2025 school year with the intent of recognizing excellence in Superb Staff Teamwork and Superb Administrative Teamwork, creating a better educational environment. The awards are sponsored by former Bloomington Public Schools teacher Patrick Porter.

The nomination form for the 2025 Prodigy Awards is now available.
