OUTREACH OPPORTUNITIES
ECFE at the Library
Let us come to you! This session we are bringing our ECFE outreach program, Rhyme Time, to the Pequot Lakes Community library! The class aims to provide families with time to explore and learn nursery rhymes that continue to pass through generations. Engage in activities together and discuss snippets of parenting topics along the way, all while meeting new families and making more friends.
"Nursery rhymes provide bite-sized learning opportunities for young children to develop key developmental skills and can often be the trigger for hours of creative and open-ended play. To learn more about how nursery rhymes impact child development, sign up and join us each week at the Pequot Lakes Community Library. Pre-registration is required and scholarships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To learn more, call the Early Childhood office at 218.562.7520.

Pequot Play Time
Need a space to let the kids play? Come join us for play time each week at the Cole Memorial Building. We’ll set up toys for you and your kids to play, socialize and enjoy; stop in whenever it works for you. Meet other families and enjoy some time out of the house. Parents and children remain together. Pre-register online here and pay online or with cash when you arrive.

Cost: Children ages 1-5 $3.00/child, children under 1 free

Spring Fling
Ages 1 month - 5 years & family
Come and spend the morning with us, playing and celebrating the coming of spring! We will have activities, games, crafts, open playground, and refreshments for you and your family to enjoy. Catch up with old friends and meet other families from your community. New to preschool or ECFE? Take a tour of our facility and visit with staff about questions.
