A census is now being taken to determine the numbers of all children ages 0-5 in this district. If you are new to the district or have not been enrolled in our Early Childhood programs, please fill out the form below or call the Early Childhood office at 218-562-7520 to register your child in Pequot Lakes School District #186.

A professional will contact you to arrange a screening or evaluation to determine if your child is eligible for free Help Me Grow: Infant and Toddler Intervention services. You can also talk to a professional and find out ways which you can get connected with various resources in Minnesota.

3) Submit your order/payment online by the due date and your child’s books will be delivered directly to the classroom.
