The ISA values (Respect, Excellence, Diversity, Community, Integrity and Service) must be followed at all times.

If you are unable to participate fully in any activity, you are expected to bring a written note to class (an email from a parent/guardian will suffice prior) .

PE Kit

• Appropriate trainers (no Vans, Converse or Nike SB)

• Change of clothes (T-shirt, shorts, tights, sweats etc)

• Water bottle

• Ensure you have an EMERGENCY spare kit in your locker (in case you forget on the day)

Changing Room Expectations

• STRICTLY NO MOBILE PHONE USE IN THE CHANGING ROOMS

• Respect the property, ones self and each other at ALL times

• Showers are encouraged

• NO spray deodorant or any aerosols of any kind

• Long hair must be tied during PE activities

• No food or juice
