PE and Well-being in High School encompasses a progressive, fun and dynamic curriculum. Stepping up from Middle School, students will participate in more complex activities, with the goal to further improve their sportsmanship, fitness and skill levels.

Curriculum sports and activities that students will be exposed to, consist of:

  • Volleyball

  • Ultimate Frisbee

  • Basketball

  • Swimming and Personal Safety

  • Indoor Climbing

  • Fitness Conditioning and Programming

  • Tennis/Short Tennis/Table Tennis

  • Badminton

  • Touch Rugby


In addition to these sports, students may be introduced to activities such as Athletics, Archery and Lacrosse.

Students are assessed in the curricular sports, measuring their Fitness, Skill and Sportsmanship. These assignments are graded using a standards scale of 1-7 (Very Poor, Poor, Satisfactory, Mediocre, Good, Very Good & Excellent) .

Health and Well-being

During the second semester, 9th grade students take part in an important and engaging Health and Well-being programme that better prepares them for adult life.
