Architecture Engineering & Electronics Courses

Technology Student Association

The Canyon View High School Architecture Engineering and Electronics courses welcomes you to our site and our school. We are growing and would like to share with you our students success and activities as well as supplying our students will tools and and resources to help them to be as successful as possible.

Our students are extremely talented and have supplied some of the images used here. In particular is the example of the falcon to the left as it was supplied Ashleigh Smith during her time here. Thank You very much Ashleigh!

In 1998 CVHS open her doors to the students of Cedar City, Enoch, Beryl and all of Iron County. We have steadily grown and expanded our offerings to better serve the youth in these communities. This includes the Drafting Design and Engineering Courses.

We started as a single entry level Architectural CAD class and Mechanical CAD class and have grown until we are able to offer our students the options of CAD Mechanical Design 1 through 3, CAD Architectural Design 1 through 3, Principles of Engineering 1 and 2, Electronics 1 and 2, and finally, Robotics 1 and 2. Our goal is to offer the students that choose to come to our facility the very best they can get in STEM educational opportunities. And for some of us this is especially true of the engineering offerings.

The pages of this website are divided into the various courses and clubs or organizations that we have associated with our department within our school. All students are welcome to join and take part. We really feel that the idea of "the more the merrier" is true. As we grow we have more opportunities and we will work to find that activity that will help each student to really have an enjoyable time. It is our goal to make the exploration of these potential careers and fields of study at the least a lifetime skill that they can enjoy and hopefully earn a living at as well.
