Physicals are required for grades Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 11th.   Athletes in grades 7-12 will need yearly physicals to play interscholastic sports.

All medications, including over-the-counter medications like Tylenol or Motrin, must be prescribed with specific orders to be administered by the nursing staff during school hours.  

Medications must be delivered to the school and picked up by the parent/guardian.  No student should be carrying medications on school grounds unless they have a self-carry order.
