Department of Multimedia and Mass Communication, Indraprastha College for Women The Department of Multimedia and Mass Communication at Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi, organised a Student Paper Presentation (SPP) on 17th April 2025 in the college conference room. The event was curated to promote academic research, critical thinking, and public speaking skills among undergraduate students, offering them a platform to share their scholarly insights on contemporary media and communication issues.
Under the guidance of the esteemed Principal, Prof. Poonam Kumria, and the dedicated faculty of the department, enthusiastic students across all semesters participated in the event. Eight students presented their research papers, each reflecting nuanced analysis and originality.
The presentations covered a wide array of themes, including:

8. The Rise of Streaming Services and Its Economic Impact on Traditional Media Industries – Shaina Verma (Semester 2) (Mentor-Ms. Mrinal Singh)
Each participant was allotted ten minutes to present their work, followed by an interactive Q&A session that encouraged critical engagement and feedback from faculty members and peers. The presentations were evaluated by a distinguished panel comprising:
