Stockholm Burger Fest 2024
Stockholm Burger Fest 2024 will be a three-day festival organized outside Barrels City (Smålandsgatan 22) in central Stockholm. Sweden's first and largest hamburger festival is organized by Burgerdudes and Barrels Burgers & Beer. Participating guests are Hundred Burgers [Spain], Goldies [Germany] and Barrels & Burgerdudes [Sweden]. And of course we have crispy, freshly fried French fries from McCain with great dipping sauces from Heinz!

Trevor Noah comes to Stockholm
The famous comedian and activist Trevor Noah is coming to Stockholm for his show "Off the Record". A man who needs no introductions, as he is the most successful comedian in Africa and was the host of the Emmy® Award-winning “The Daily Show” on Comedy Central. He's a writer, a producer, an activist and he's also a very successful stand-up comedian with several specials on Netflix.

Stockholm Early Music Festival
Welcome to the Stockholm Early Music Festival, the largest international event in the Nordic countries for baroque, renaissance and medieval music. With variety and quality as its motto the festival highlights the diversity of early music and offers every year a rich selection of known and unknown music from all over the world, with both Swedish and international artists of the highest reputation.

The opening concert attracts with the Nordic region's undoubtedly leading baroque ensemble, Concerto Copenhagen, performing a deluxe version of Buxtehude's masterpiece Membra Jesu Nostri. The Swedish Ensemble Villancico seduces with Early World Music from baroque Latin America, Cappella Pratensis from the Netherlands sings beautiful Flemish vocal polyphony from original scores and the well-known ensemble Arte dei Suonatori weaves a Polish baroque tapestry. From Italy, La Fonte Musica visits us with enchanting medieval music secrets and the festival ends with a worthy visit of masterful interpreters from Lviv, Ukraine: Terra Barocca .

Archipelago Boat Day
It is 60 years since Archipelago Boat Day was organized for the first time. In the newspapers' reports from the evening of June 10, 1964, the hope was expressed that it would become an annual event. And so it has turned out, far beyond expectations! After 60 years, Archipelago Boat Day has become the given and traditional way of celebrating the beginning of summer, at Strömkajen in Stockholm and in Vaxholm.

You are most welcome to participate, bring family, relatives and friends and acquaintances on Wednesday, June 12, a whole evening with a trip to the archipelago town of Vaxholm to experience the early summer evening there. The ships depart from Strömkajen in Stockholm at 18.00 for a joint journey to Vaxholm. In Vaxholm is a party for the summer with market, music, entertainment and activities. After the evening in Vaxholm, the ships depart again for Stockholm, regular berths, at 21.30.

Stockholm Marathom
The Adidas Stockholm Marathon takes place right in the heart of the City and is the biggest event of Stockholm's long-distance running season. The race takes place in early June (the 1st in 2024) and usually has between 15 000 - 20 000 entrants. The start and finish lines are at the Stockholm Olympic Stadium, and the track takes runners through Södermalm, Kungsholmen, Old Town, and Djurgården.

Stockholm Gin Fest
On Saturday, June 8, 2024 ( World Gin Day ), we return with the fourth edition of Stockholm Gin Fest and celebrate once more with tradition, Sweden's first and Stockholm's only gin festival! Guests will have the opportunity to sample many types of gin from dozens of different distilleries, mix their favorite GT and even participate in workshops and private tastings.

This year we present and award Sweden's first People's Gin Awards  and  People's Tonic Awards, when you get the chance to vote for your favorite gin and gin and tonic in our voting booth. Each guest receives a GT glass upon arrival to use and take home to keep. At the festival you will also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of private masterclasses, which will give you a unique insight into the world of gin, its history, culture and cocktails.
