International Day 2024
Before the museums open for Culture Night... it's International Day!! The SIS community of parents, teachers, staff and students will come together to celebrate the diversity of our wonderful community. We invite everybody to come and join in the big day at Norra Latin; not only will it be the best free lunch you've ever had, but it's a great family day out, where children do a 'trail around the world', learning and winning prizes. There's also entertainment and cultural experiences.

Kulturnatt / Culture Night
This anticipated event kicks off on April 20 from 6pm to midnight with more cultural activities than ever - and of course, free admission! In over 180 different places in Stockholm, visitors can dance at silent discos, listen to Indian music, experience Mongolian culture, meet vikings, play Japanese video games, take part in improv or immerse themselves in meditation. There's something for everyone in this wonderful Stockholm annual event!

Gastro Nord
During Gastronord's three packed days, we have gathered over 100 speakers on the Food Stage, the Bakery Stage and in our seminar rooms. Hear the industry profiles' thoughts on the future, sustainability, new technology, skills supply and the latest trends. You can go cheese tasting, check out bubble teas, celebrate Sweden's best ice-cream maker and much more! Free of charge for those in the industry.

Last chance to see 'Kary H. Lasch - The Golden Years'
Kary H. Lasch was a social chameleon who gained access to the stars like no other. For the first time in 30 years, a treasure trove of this Swedish photographer’s portraits of such stars as Brigitte Bardot, Salvador Dalí, Picasso, Grace Kelly, Britt Ekland, and many more are being exhibited.

Moveat at NK
Moveat is a fun concept,  where you walk around participating restaurants for a number of hours. At each stop, you get to taste a small dish and you are offered to buy a suitable drink to go with it - there are usually 5-6 stops included so pace yourself! Vegan options are available at every place. The only thing you need to do is buy a ticket to the festival and explore the different options at NK or indeed other areas in Sweden.

Come and celebrate Cherry Blossom Day in Kungsträdgården. It will be an extravaganza of Japanese culture, workshops, stage performances and activities around the cherry trees, which are hopefully in full bloom.

Supermarket - Stockholm Independent Art Fair
An international art fair for artist-run initiatives. Supermarket is dedicated to exhibiting artist-run spaces, artists’ collectives, nomadic spaces and independent artists’ initiatives of all shapes and from around the world. The key aim is to display unique projects, create opportunities for new local and international networks and share the strengths of the independent art world with a large audience. In customary fashion we are happy to present a bustling programme of over 50 artist-run initiatives, performance art, seminars, artist talks – and more!

Spring Festival at Magasin 9
The Spring Festival is a new concept that combines the best of the Licorice Festival, the Deli Festival and the Street Food Festival. We offer an indoor experience with everything from delicacies to licorice and good drinks. In addition, an outdoor experience is offered on the quay with specially selected Foodtrucks, including last year's SM winners in both Streetfood and Sweetfood. This will appeal to loyal visitors as well as a new hungry and curious audience.

Fyre Festival
No, not the fraudulent music event, but Stockholm's biggest Valborg party, where winter is burnt away with a huge fire and fun activities including beer pong, mini golf and cornhole. This time Festivalborg is not taking over just one but four nightclubs: Supra Sumo, Hells Kitchen, and Atrium, as well as Café Opera. The Golden Ticket provides entry to all four afterparties. Dance away winter!
