LET'S SEE: SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL EDUCATION FOR UNDERSTANDING CULTURAL AND GENDER EQUITY

20_23

Erasmus was created in 1987 in order to promote the exchange of university students within the European Union (member states of the European Union as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey and Macedonia participate) . Since 2014, Erasmus has extended beyond the university level to primary, secondary and training courses as well as to the non-profit sector and companies. for this reason, it has now been called ERASMUS+. The funds for the projects come from Brussels and are managed by National Agencies of participating countries. In the case of coordinator school, INS MONTSERRAT COLOMER, by SEPIE (Servicio Español para la Internacionalización de la Educación).

Our ERASMUS+ project is a KA229 (Cooperation for innovation and exchange of good practices). It's called "Let's SEE", because SEE stands for Social and Emotional Education. We believe that if we work on students' emotional and moral learning, we can make them more receptive in their attitude towards cultural diversity and gender equality. This is the logo of the project, which was voted after a contest in which the students of all the schools participated.

In the following video you have the description of our Erasmus+ project "Let's SEE!" (KA229 20-23), with the detailed contents and objectives, and how they are embodied in collaborative learning activities: in the classroom, online and in mobilities. (Video language: Catalan)
