Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship stress, or painful life transitions, it’s normal to wonder, “Does it really have to be this way forever?” Maybe you’re stuck in patterns that feel impossible to break, patterns like emotional disconnection, overwhelm, or conflict that keeps repeating. You may long for deeper connection, more stability in how you feel, or clarity in who you are and what you want.
I work with individuals, couples, and friendships who are carrying a lot, whether that’s the residue of family trauma, the sting of a friendship break-up, the ache of emotional unavailability or disconnect, or the pressure of trying to manage life and emotions on your own. I also support clients exploring questions around sexuality, spirituality, and identity, helping them move toward greater self-trust and ease.
In our work together, I provide a safe and steady relationship where we can make sense of your story, understand what’s been getting in the way, and begin to shape something new. With a grounding in relational therapy and tools informed by DBT, EFT, IFS, and CBT, I’ll help you build the insight, emotional skills, and relational strength needed to move toward healing, connection, and a life that feels more whole.
