Though our coaching sessions are customised to the challenges teams are addressing, we prioritise learning by doing, then iterating as we go. Thus, each coaching plan is not only unique but responsive to new insights, shifting priorities and timelines.
This means we will co-create a general plan with you after carrying out an initial diagnostic of your needs and capabilities, however this plan may change as you progress. Where needed, we may seek additional skill sets to make sure you get the best possible mix of competencies and perspectives to drive really disruptive solution building.
