Shuo (Iris) Yan

My name is Iris and I’m a second-year student in the Master of Science and Psychological Sciences program. Originating from China, I pursued a double major in statistics and psychology as an international student undergrad at UIUC.

My research areas of expertise include the study and application of clinical psychology and counseling. Having applied and been accepted to multiple counseling and clinical master’s programs, I can share insights regarding applications in these fields. I’m also open to discussing the importance and application of statistics in psychological research.
