NPTEL Session

NPTEL is a project of MHRD which is operational since 2003, originally started to create video and web courses to be made available for anyone to view, download and distribute for free. From 2014, NPTEL has been offering courses for certification and to date, we have completed 3000+ courses in this mode with 520 courses being offered in July 2021 alone. These include courses at the UG/PG and PhD level.

The EdTech vertical organized a session on getting started with NPTEL course creation on 14 August 2021. The NPTEL Team from IIT Madras conducted a session on the steps involved in offering a course for certification to interested faculty members.
