Mr. K. C. Lakshminarasimham is a seasoned PMO and AI Delivery Leader with over two decades of experience (2005–present) driving large-scale technology, data, and AI transformation across global enterprises. He currently serves as AI Delivery Director at Salesforce (Nov 2025–present), while also working as a Program Management Executive at Sand Cherry Associates (May 2025–present), where he leads high-impact initiatives influencing large national-scale systems.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Lakshminarasimham is known for his ability to bridge business strategy, engineering execution, and AI-enabled delivery. His expertise spans portfolio and program management, AI-driven Agile and Product Development Life Cycles (AI-PDLC), DevOps, governance, and enterprise transformation. At Salesforce, he has played a key role in scaling AI-enabled Agile practices, achieving rapid adoption, reducing discovery and planning cycles, and embedding AI into workflows, reporting, and code review to improve productivity and delivery predictability.

Previously, Mr. Lakshminarasimham held senior leadership roles at Expedia Group (Mar 2024–May 2025) as Director of Program Management, Yohana (Feb 2023–Mar 2024) as Head of the Program Management Office, and Salesforce PMO (Jan 2017–Feb 2023) as Program Director. In these roles, he led global programs across cloud platforms, data centers, product engineering, and platform modernization. His work includes managing billion-dollar engineering budgets, establishing executive-level governance frameworks, automating reporting and decision systems, and leading globally distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.

He began his career at Infosys (2005–2011) and later Cognizant (2011–2016), building a strong foundation in technology leadership and large-scale delivery.

An alumnus of Jabalpur Engineering College, he holds an Honorary PhD in Project Management and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is also a Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, and Prosci Practitioner.

As a speaker, Mr. Lakshminarasimham brings a pragmatic, execution-focused perspective on how AI, Agile, and governance can work together to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.
