Below are the progressions and benchmarks we are hoping to reach by time our players finish their sophomore basketball seasons. In a given year, we may be able to implement more of our program package than what's in our progressions. Other years, it may be harder to get through all of the foundational benchmarks and progressions.Â
If we feel confident in mastering the foundational concepts in a given year, we can begin to implement some of the more advanced concepts detailed below. Feel free to pick and choose which ones to implement, if you're able.Â
Notes:
Fist Series (all)
Horns Series (77, Clear, and Zoom)
Motion Specials (your choice - also free to pair together other Motion actions to create sets)
