THE FIVE KINGDOMS: In this Biology activity, students created a colorful and interactive lapbook to present information about the five kingdoms of living organisms: Monera, Protista, Fungi, Plantae, and Animalia. Each student designed foldable sections to include key facts such as cell type, nutrition, reproduction, and examples of organisms in each kingdom. The lapbook format allowed students to organize the information in a creative and engaging way, making it easier to study and review. This project encouraged research skills, creativity, and a deeper understanding of the classification of life.

This photographic project is inspired by the work of French photographer Denis Darzacq, known for his dynamic and surreal images that capture people seemingly suspended in mid-air. The objective is to create a series of photographs that explore the technique of levitation, emulating Darzacq’s distinctive style.
Through this project, students will practice photographic techniques that convey motion and defy gravity. They will also develop an understanding of camera movement and framing, key elements in achieving the illusion of levitation.
Each final image will be accompanied by a short description in English, highlighting the creative process, technical choices, and artistic intention behind the photograph.
