Hi! My name is Grace, I am 20 years old from England! I am currently studying BA Spanish and international media and communications at the University of Nottingham, and for my year abroad I am working as an English Language assistant here at IES Cantely.

My name is Kelly, I am 44 years old from Oxford, England. I have been studying for a degree in Hispanic Studies for 2 years as a mature student at The University of Nottingham and decided to come to Seville for my year abroad after a fabulous holiday here.

Working and living in Dos Hermanas, with my 16-year-old son and two cats, is an amazing experience. It is a great town with lots to do, allowing me to experience the local culture and practice my Spanish away from the tourists whilst being only a short 15-minute train journey from the amazing sites of Sevilla Centro.

I really enjoy working as a Language Assistant in IES Cantely with the amazing students and staff who have made me feel so welcome. Every day is so varied, assisting in subjects such as Art, PE, Physics and Chemistry and History. From giving quizzes on The American Revolution to Circuit Training in the playground and visiting a Halloween Escape Room in the school hall, I have been getting fully involved in activities that I have not done in years. I am honestly having so much fun! The only downside will be having to leave at the end of the year!
